Hm, while you are at this, I would be very happy if you could look at the indexing code too and find out why this is a problem. I have written the indexing code, and there were no serious reports of that so far, so it is strange if it is that bad (to miss IP regions by two). But there can be errors in there, I am not saying that the code is good... But IMHO it would be better to find out the real problem, instead of checking for two more regions...
Sorry, but I don't have time to look into this. As you may have seen I am on fixing some other stuff.
