I really cannot program or try to understand anything in dutch if it has to do with computers. It's a coincidence that I am able to speak dutch, but I am sure there are many people in The Netherlands that cannot speak dutch and would thus like to have the pages in english. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2003-05-25 06:07:53] derick@php.net Feel free to help us improve the dutch version ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2003-05-25 06:02:11] reinhardt at planetsmit dot com Although this new country detection system is very fancy and all, I regret to say that some users may find it irritating. Many mirrors have automatic languages set, and for foreign people living in a different country this could be a problem. I live in the netherlands, and now, if I am looking for help op the site, i need to manually change the 'nl' to 'en' in the URL if I want to understand what the page says. I hope there is something you can do about that and would like to hear your comments on this. Since I am contacting you anyways, let me congratulate the designers with an excellent website. It has helped me out millions of times. Reinhardt Smit ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=23799&edit=1
