You should not do without the '1'. You should do with '2' instead. We already have a cz.php.net.
I have added your site as cz2.php.net. It will be included in the mirrors' listing after it responds to requests sent to cz2.php.net and www.cz2.php.net. Our mirror monitoring system will perform these request tests automatically.
