need help fast

i need some help with my php forum and i thought u are the best person to ask about it. this may seem stupid but i am the admistrator on my forum, and someone hacked it. so to stop them i changed my password and now i cant remeber it.crap! i did enter my email add and it sed it would be reset and an email would come though. but it seems as though it hasn't there is another admin account on my forum, but i changed the password on that too. so what i need to know is :- is there anyway of looking in the .php files to look at the members and get the passwords??? thankyou for reading this. i look forwards to you reply thank you Ben
