Hi,
I am a php programmer for a large ISP in little old NEW ZEALND. I would just
like to say that you site is great.
My question is how does your site run - I was wondering what the structure
of the your site was as it is a very very nice interface as I have been
looking at building an on help system fro our ISP support where the help
desk and select individuals can post to the system.
Do you have any ideas I of where to look or what to look at, I am looking
for open source and before I sit down and just code one I was wanting to
look about the place at a few systems..My initial idea was to take a webblog
software and turn that into some sort of help system. Another thought that I
had was to use the Microsoft engine and turn it into t web page but this
becomes very time consuming when wanting to add more into it as you can not
edit the notes online.
Any thoughts are directions fro me to look at would be much appreciated.
My latest project has been to write a WEBMAIL Interface for DBMAIL ( mysql
raw mail store ). I have used php and a lot of the pear libs to get this up
and running and it is nearly at a stage where we may release it to the world
as an open source Webmail interface for DBMAIL.
Check it out if you like as some comments or ideas would be great ( we are
get some designers in to theme the interface soon )
