It could be a problem related to mime types association?
I have just changed:
AddType application/octet-stream .chm
to
AddType application/octet-stream .chm .bz2 .tgz
and now it works again for es2. Please check in your mirrors
that you have these extensions associated in your vhost and
do a graceful restart after changing them. I missed this
change in the configuration for my vhost, and I think more
mirrors are missing it too.
