Hi there
To get a php-installer (Windows Binary)
from
http://www.php.net/downloads.php
I tried to use the link
http://www.php.net/get/php-4.3.2-installer.exe/from/a/mirror
which doesn’t work
Google helped me to find
http://www.php.net/get_download.php?df=php-4.2.3-Win32.zip
kind regards
