i tried to download the new win version php
(4.3.2), it gave me a local mirror's address
(estonia), but the address was a bit odd, and it
gave ma an 404 error. could you please give me
the direct link to the file?
It would be good to know, what Estonian mirror have you been redirected to. So we would be able to contact the maintainer to fix that. You can try any other mirror than php.net itself, and you won't get rediredted. See
http://it.php.net/mirrors for example for a full mirror list.
The fact that php.net redirected you also means, that it was on high load, and it would not have been able to serve you properly, so trying another mirror was nessesary.
Sorry for the inconvinience,
Goba [one webmaster@php.net]
