ee2.php.net is not Estonian

Hi! We made some tests with our new ip-to-country database backend, and found out that some mirrors are in unusual locations. The most problematic mirror we found was ee2.php.net which is hosted by you. It seems that the mirror site is hosted in Korea, and that the hosting company is also Korean. So I don't understand why that site is registered under an Estonian name... This is a problem on its own, but it is magnified with the new redirection system. So guys in Estonia get redirected to your mirror site too, while it is not in Estonia at all. We have also received a report of this some days after we made the mirror site tests. I have temporarily disabled your membership in the official mirror's list, until you can provide us any clues. If you fail to reply in a week, or so, I need to delete your mirror site to let some space for a real Estonian mirror.
