License for documentation

Dear Sirs, I have a very important question. We wounld like to publish the german translated version of the PHP function list as a printed appendix of a book. Are there any problems with the license ? Have we had to pay a fee ? we would like to get the answers to these questions. Best wishes Marty If you can't give the answers, please give me a email adress of that person who can give it. Thank you very much !!!
