Hi Michelle!
Why do you think, that republishing the manual is neccessary? We already have the manuals hosted on around one hundred mirror sites around the globe. Why do you think that the manual on your site would attract any visitors? They know that the manual on our site is better updated, more actual etc. GobaI am developing a new PHP site, http://phpprofessionals.com. I am interested republishing the PHP manual on my site. Am I allowed to do this? Is this within copyright laws, if I do not remove any of the copyright notices?
