There are already two mirrors for Brazil. Thank you for your offer,
however.
br2.php.net is having a very old PHP setup. We are trying to wait some more for the maintainer to upgrade the PHP on the mirror. Please check back in a week, and see if that mirror is reactivated. If no, then please contact us again.
By the way, mirror setup instructions can be found here:
http://php.net/mirroring Please do not setup htdig, we are working on a better solution for searching. And anyway, ask us before setting up anything, if we are ready for accepting your mirror.
Thanks for your offer,
Goba [one webmaster@php.net]
