ca.php.net is broken. It just returns jiberish. The automatic mirror selection should probably be changed to use ca2.php.net.
What is exactly broken there? http://ca.php.net/ works for me! I have manually tested download links, URL shortcuts, and they do work. What's the problem?
Probably a DNS problem then, I get the thing from the screenshot.
Aham. So either the DNS data I see is more up to date, or the DNS you see is more up to date... As Dave reports that it is OK now, I think I see the right DNS info. So I don't think any modification to the mirror table is needed.
