Well, below you write that you will be ready in a week. That clearly means you are not ready yet. I have not recognized any change on your site since you sent us the first letter. If you say that there is some content already on your page, then it is clearly not downloads. You have some install instructions. That can be linked from the manual, if you can ensure us that those will be permanent links. Also you have a link in one of your tutorials to download PHP. That directly points to one file. That is discouraged. We have a nice download redirection system for users to get downloads from a close mirror. Your link just points to a file on ie.php.net. You should use a ".../get/..../from/a/mirror" link instead. Regards, Goba
