Hi Hamid!
I needed to disable ir.php.net, because your URL error handler is not working properly. As our Iranian visitors get redirected to ir.php.net from www.php.net, this is a big problem for us. Please fix the ErrorHandler in the vhost configuration, so we can reanable your mirror.
One user also complained about the responsiveness of your mirror. I don't have speed problems using your mirror now from Hungary, but that is not normative, so I cannot decide on this. Can you comment on this please?
