i have a problem with php and postgresql under linux mandrake 9.1 o.s.
when i want to connect to my database with the command pg_connect like this
$db=pg_connect("host=localhost port=80 dbname=mydbname") i receive next problem:
'Warning:pg_connect()[function.pg_connect]:unable to connect to PostgreSQL server:could not receive server response to SSL negotiation packet:Inappropriate ioctl for device . in /home/raf/Desktop/piscina_web/index.php'
How can i solve this problem??
