This works fine. You just have to change the "Bug Status" field to
"Any", because that bug is closed. By default, the search only
searches "Open" bugs

When I search for bugs, those with PHP version "Irrelevant" are not
shown if I leave the search field "PHP version" empty.
I hope this behavior is not expected, because in case of "Website
Problems" this makes no sense IMHO.
Reproduce code:

Try to find Bug #24479 by not filling in the Bug-ID or PHP version.
