Being that 4.5 is larger than 4.3, one might assume it's newer. This is not the case as 4.5 is old (4.3.1) with only a few almost random commits/updates. Very few commits ever make it into this confusing 4.5 This is a request to remove PHP version 4.5 from being listed at snaps.php.net Also, the fact that it's even listed here is a bug as it only hurts the QA process.
