We don't have 81 mirror sites in HongKong yet, luckily ;) As you must have noticed, our naming method is to give names out in order. As you muct have read, we are not accepting more then two active mirrors in countries, though there are some exceptions. As far as I can see, the current two HK mirrors are working properly, so there is no reason to add one more.
