We would like to become your official PHP mirror. Although there are alerady two mirrors in RF, one more will be of use, because of relatively long average haul, typycal to our country. In case of your consent, your PHP mirror will be placed on newly established and well-connected server, satisfying your published requirements.
As we discussed, we would be fine with adding one more mirror for the Russian Federation. Thanks for your offer, Goba
