Isn't there a wishlist on the php.net web?
There are wishlists of pear developers at pear.php.net, I don't
understand what you are searching for exactly....
I would like to see some new functions in the pgsql extension, basically related with the use of prepare and execute (like the informix extension has), so I was looking for a place to send this "wish".
That is not called wishlist. What you would like to issue, is a "feature request". Please visit bugs.php.net, and add a feature request there.
