This is not a non-overcomable problem, but it is an annoyance to change the encoding to "Hebrew (Windows)" (to get the words right) and right-to-left documents (to get the paragraphs right) each time you hit a link, or even "back". I saw the previous report on this matter, but the reply to that bug report stated (albeit in a crypted, ambiguous manner) that the problem is already fixed, and it is not.
