Hi Roman!
We have received a few complaints from Polish companies that the pl.php.net mirror performs very badly. I have also checked it now, and it was not accessible (from Hungary).
Our automatic mirror monitoring system somehow sometimes finds the mirror working, so it is not disabled yet, but user complaints indicate that there is a serious problem.
Can you please look at this, and inform us what is happening? It would be nice to solve the problem in the short term.
Thanks for supporting PHP,
Gabor Hojtsy [on behalf of the PHP.net webmaster team]
