Note Weirdness

[cc'ed to systems] didou@php.net spotted a note system weirdness today. Basically, on php.net/ref.oracle there is a blank note right after "vishalrajpara at usa dot net"'s note. I have poked around and even downloaded the php rsync repository and looked at the backend file, and can find no reason why this blank note would be displayed. It also seems to be un-deleteable, as the ID looks corrupted and/or random. -- Andrew Lindeman <alindeman@php.net>
