es.php.net is stil slow?

Hi Jordi! You have agreed to disable es.php.net in the beginning of this summer, as it was very slow, and you promised that the situation will get better in July. However we have not heard of the mirror since our last conversation on diabling it. It would be nice to know whether you can make the mirror be up to the job of serving the user requests in Spain, or we need to delete your mirror, and add another one. (There is a candidate for it, also CC-ed in this mail). Please use "reply all" so everybody can get the latest information on your mirror site. Thanks for supporting PHP, Gabor Hojtsy [on behalf of the PHP.net webmaster team]
