Problem with warning window

I do not where to turn. I am a Videotron (cable modem ) customer. I keep on getting an alert window when I open a new page on the Canoe site or any other, for that matter, which tells me about a problem on such a line and on such a character which could not be open. I cannot detect anything anywhere which , to me seems to be a problem and there is no way to prvent the warning to appear. I have found your address by putting up the address shown on the window which takes me to the Apache technical pages, and looking up potential help sources . It is so frustrating theat I am about to drop my service supplier. Can you point me in what you think is the right direction ? Thanks Bernard Desanlis
