Hi Simon!
It seems that the PHP.net mirror hosted by you (nz.php.net) has a faulty ErrorHandler setup, and therefore it is unable to serve requests like http://nz.php.net/echo, which we support on every correctly working mirror site. Please review the needed setting on the http://php.net/mirroring page, and make the needed changes to make your site compatible.
Thanks for supporting PHP,
Gabor Hojtsy [on behalf of the PHP.net webmaster team]
