It should be pointed out that the layout and colors are subject to trade dress and other copyright laws, as described on the page linked by the copyright text. So you should not pose as a php.net site using the layout we have. Even if you use the code you should modify the layout significantly (ie. header/footer, CSS). Otherwise we will get requests about your system, we will receive bug reports, etc. So please abide to the copyright laws of the site...
