Okay, so I guess my question is this: I am doing what I'm supposed to be doing, and the site is updating regularly ... so why was I deactivated?
Now the site is active again, I don't know what was the problem, there is no problem now...
I think we may be running mod_throttle on that machine, so I suppose it is possible that the PHP site-checking robot got a couple of 503 pages in a row and decided that was that.
A few days ago, I have added a special user agent string to identify the mirror check bot, so you can see it in the logs...
