I was wanting to inquire about the bug tracking system you are using. If it
is availible to the general public and if so where I can find a copy to
download. We are working on a new Content Management System and yet to
release the first public version and would like to have a bug report system
such as yours in place for that time.
It's funny, nukecops just asked us for permission to use our bug system... In general, you are free to use the PHP bugs site's source code (available from cvs.php.net in the php-bugs-web module) under the PHP license itself, BUT you should not use our layout/design as it is protected by trade dress, you should not pose as a PHP endorsed project. Also we are not giving any support on the code (we are not going to reply to questions, or help setting it up), and it is not available in a packaged version...
