I have fixed this problem in the website source code, so it will get
fixed in a few minutes / hours, depending on when the mirrors update
their code. Thanks for the report.

When trying to print several documentation pages with the user
contributed notes, the "Printer Friendly With Notes" page
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/printwn/index.php), has links to the
Printer Friendly (no notes) page. The URLs contain ".../print/..." not
".../printwn/..."
I can add the "wn" in the path and get to them and the notes are there,
so the pages exist.
