Hi Slobodan!
A few users from Yugoslavia reported that your PHP.net mirror is very slow, and it turned out that it is actually in the US [1] (checked with ip-to-country database). Additionaly to this, you seem not to have a correct setup, the ErrorHandler is not working properly on the site.
I have immediately disabled your mirror site, and wait for some info on whether you can relocate your mirror to be really in Yugoslavia, or we should just remove your mirror, and leave the space for others to come.
