Downloads work perfectly for me. On what mirror do you experience this?

Description:
------------
The downloads are down... when i click on a mirror my browser points to
http:///get/php-4.32-Win32.zip/from/nl3.php.net/
Now i typed http:/www.php.net/get/php-4.32-Win32.zip/from/nl3.php.net/
in my browser and it worked...
Just a small HTML error
