Maybe you should make the underlying sourcecode of the PHP-website not
too tricky, to make at least the download-links work. Got some URLs
like: http:///get/php-4.3.2-Win32.zip/from/this/mirror.
What was
missing was the name of the mirror.After changing it to
http://de3.php.net/get/php-4.3.2-Win32.zip/from/this/mirror
the
download started.
