Bug Type: Website problem
Operating System: Windows XP
PHP Version: Irrelevant
New Comment:
This problem is fixed in the website code, and it will propagate to
mirror sites in a few minutes / hours, depending on their setup. Thanks
for the report. For now you can use any other browser than MSIE to
download PHP, as only MSIE had problems with the downloads.

Description:
------------
This is similar to the other bug reports, but I believe it is ore
comprehensive, and I have included a description of how I resolved it,
maybe it will help you in fixing the problem.
Your download page for the Windows Binary v5.0.0b1 which is located at
http://www.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b1-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror
has a link
problem.
The mirror links that come up don't point the browser to the file.
I got to download the file when I realized that the links were trying
to point to a new page on the same server, so I manually changed the
URL to the one to download the file.
I changed the URL from this:
http://us2.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b1-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror
to this:
http://us2.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b1-Win32.zip/from/this/mirror
Expected result:
----------------
I was expecting to download the file for the Windows Binary.
Actual result:
--------------
"Cannot find Server" error in Internet Explorer.
