IRC php.net channel inquiry

To Whom It May Concern: I am interested in starting and IRC channel on the undernet.org services using the name #php.net. I seek a written approval from a qualified representative of your organization. This channel will be used as an educational resource for the general public. Since we reference your website for all basic questions we would like to further support your efforts by using your domain name as our channel name. Thank you in advance for your support.
