I have done the mirror setup as below information.
- Country : Thailand
- Address : th.php.net
- Name : Phumin Chesdmethee
- My Email : phumin@sawasdee.org
- CNAME : php.thaiweb.net
- Local stats : installed/supported
- Company Name : THAIWEB.network
- Company URL : http://www.thaiweb.net
Great! I have added your site as th.php.net and www.th.php.net. In case your mirror is able to serve requests for these names, it will be added into the official mirrors' list in one or two hours by our automatic mirror monitoring bot.
Your fist mirror check indicates that you have an Apache /manual alias. [http://th.php.net/manual/]. Please remove that, so your mirror will get listed.
