I'm the admin for http://www.linorg.usp.br from Linorg's Project in
Brazil.
My site is mirror for Open Source Project for Brazilian users and we
are a popular site in Brazil. At this moment, we are upgranding our
server with more cpu, more hard disks and 1 Gb for up-link. We want to
put more projects in our site and PHP project is missing today.
I would like to know if I can setup a new official mirror of PHP
Project.
We already have two working mirrors in Brazil, so as our rules go, we are currently not accepting more mirror sites for Brazil.
