I don't know who else to contact regarding this, just a question of curiosity.
Do you, or anyone viewing the public archive mentioned in the contact section of the copyright.php,
happen to know when PHP was started, version 1.0, and perhaps sub-1.0?
I can't seem to find it on the website ^_^;
