PHP mirror from server located in Yugoslavia(Serbia & Montenegro) has been finally fixed. You can activate it again on php website.
I have verified that the server is now really in Yugoslavia, and added it back to the automatic mirror monitoring this. This does not mean however that the mirror will be added to the mirror list. Your mirror still seems to have at least one problem, the ErrorHandler is not working properly. Try http://php.net/echo (which should display the echo manual page). I would suggest you update the vhost configuration as suggested on our mirrors page, we had significant changes recently. The new settings will make our mirrors work better and smarter.
