I first saw this problem last Friday, it was fixed. I just fixed it
again, but it is still unclear why the problem appears. It seems that
after rsync updates the mirror, the quickref.php is unable to open the
manual/$LANG directory until a chown+chmod is made. It might not be a
PHP or rsync problem at all, I'm still investigating. However, a hot
fix has been applied, the problem should not emerge again.
Hm, ok. I have reenabled your mirror then...
