I keep getting porn and porn related emails that I definitely did not
subscribe to. They are getting through the comcast filter and I am
sick of it. I don't understand how to unsubcribe. I have tried the
links and every time there is an error. It is set up that way I am
sure. When I try to unsubcscribe I am sent here. I hope you will
help. these are only a few of dozens of emails I am getting daily. I
appreciate your prompt attention.
You will need to complain to the people who send you the spam. We (PHP) do definitely not send any spam, we're an open source project providing a scripting language for the internet. (And yes, we're as sick of SPAM as you are).
Getting back to the spam issue again, wouldn't it be a dood idea to add a "Spam Policy" page or something like this describing that we are not spamming anybody, so we can just point people there? I have no good ideas on what to put on that page though, but it would also be good in cases like the current Jeff McClain issue.
