Hi Brock!
We, Silverlime Communications (http://www.silverlime.ca) are interested in setting up a PHP Manual mirror and are abiding by your instructions to check as to the possibility of operating a mirror. We are located in Canada. Thank you.We already have three active mirrors in Canada, so we are not open for new official mirror registrations. Thanks for the offer anyway, Goba
