Mmm is this a false alarm like a couple of weeks ago or is it for
real this time? I moved the site from one server to another
yesterday but I am pretty sure the rsync runs twice an hour.

No it is not a false alarm. We are going to include more info on the detected error in future mailings, I am on this stuff. I admit that the current error message is misleading and not accurate.
The error on your site is that
http://nl.php.net/manual/ does not point to the PHP documentation. When moving the sever you have forgot to disable the default /manual alias in Apache. This is a common problem when moving servers, also covered in our mirroring troubleshooting sectoin, and checked for by our mirror monitoring bot.
