last update time

I noticed on the bottom of my mirror that it says:
Last updated: Mon Sep 29 09:10:50 2003 BST
I then checked some random mirrors and noticed that they are one day
ahead (even www.php.net)
I checked the time on my box and saw that it was correct.
Hm.. Am I missing something? I know I had a lot to drink last night but
don't think I would miss a whole day (you never know...)
On another point I would like to note that even though the greek manual
is under distributions/manual/php_manual_el.chm there is no link to
download it.
