Request for adding a script to php-master-web

Hi, I would like to upload some PHP scripts that we allow note maintainers to search the note table. This will allow us to clean up the table (e.g. notes that contains "f*ck", "please help" or whatever).. The script will select only 10 records at time (or more but it will be reasonable) and will provide links to user-notes.php (so that every action taken will be reflected on the mailing-list). Is there anyone against this ? If no, where should I add it ? How should I name it ? (is there a kind of specification ?) Mehdi
