Hi Alberto!
A user pointed out that your mirror is not located in Argentina, but in the US. I have successfully verified this with our ip-to-country database, and therefore disabled your mirror. Please note that we will only be able to reactivate your mirror if you can manage to move the mirror to Argentina. Otherwise we will make ar2.php.net open for new mirror registrations. Please note that our user redirection code is based on the assumption that mirrors are in the countries where they are said to be, and provide the closest possible service to our users.
Thanks for supporting PHP,
Gabor Hojtsy [on behalf of the PHP.net webmaster team]
