odbc record pointers

I am querying data from an msaccess 2000 database. Obviously it is not
ANSI std sql as you cannot issue a LIMIT clause to limit the number of
records.
The Problem: I am just grabbing 2000 records from a datasource but only
want to display 20 per page and have several next page and back a page
buttons at the bottom of the page. Done this before in mysql but cannot
figure a way to achieve the same thing using access.
Any tips??
