What's our policy regarding a site opening a popup advertising about a web hosting company when we close the browser ?
We *don't like it*. What site is that?

We had a thread with Eric (the maintainer of phpfreaks) as he tried to get to the community links section on the frontpage, and we pointed out that we do refuse sites to put on the links page if they are w3exit members, so he is already in a privileged position. He agreed on scaling back no w3exit usage (only the first visit should open a w3exit page AFAIK). At least there is none opened for me any longer (but I also have popup blocking :). So the discussion ended in that we leave his link on the links page...
