Hi,
I've just checked the uk2.php.net mirror and the md5sums are the same as on
the main www.php.net website. Also downloaded both files (on uk and uk2) and
winzip seems happy with both. I would guess its something inbetween his
machine and the web servers... possibly broken web proxys with partial sized
copies.
